Originally, I had aimed at finding the 10 most remarkable posts. As you see, I failed and listed (in chronological order a total of 20) – sorry!
Having posted well over 300 articles in 2023, I was simply unable to boil it down to just 10.
Perhaps you can help?

Thanks for listing these outrageous scams. Most do nothing, except detract from the real problem and fleece their clients.
A scam widely promoted in 2023 is the transgendering of children, with puberty blockers and genital surgery. This not only detracts from the real problem (temporary gender dysphoria occasioned at times in childhood), but leaves the patient in a sexual no-mans-land, with no adequate reversal if remorse sets in.
I am not a physician, but my wife is a retired pediatrician and child psychiatrist. She is supporting a bill here in New Hampshire (HB 619) banning this particular scam. 20 other states have banned it, and 28 are considering a ban.
Anything and everything promoted and/or hawked by The Queen of Quackery, Her Goop-iness Gwyneth is worth putting on your list of remarkable SCAMs. Therefore, I nominate the following

As every year, I am amazed how much work you put in exposing quacks and charlatans on this blog. I wish you a great 2024, may you and your friends & family be well & healthy!
thanks
same to you.
